The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The CUET is a national-level entrance exam. After the CUET results are released, the National Testing Agency will compile a common merit list on which candidates will be admitted to 45 well-known Central Universities in India, including JNU, BHU, and AMU. The application form is made available online on the official website of CUET.

Documents Required for Filling the CUET 2022 Application Form

Before beginning the application process, candidates need to have the following documents ready.

  1. Scanned images of passport size photograph and signature.

  2. Category certificates (If required).

  3. Details for paying the CUET application fee via debit card or online banking.

  4. Photo Id proof.

  5. Scanned copy of class 10th and 12th board mark sheet.

  6. Active Email ID.

  7. Valid mobile number.

Steps for Filling the CUET Application Form 2022

Online CUET 2022 Registration

  1. Visit the official website.
  2. Click the ‘Apply’ button that appears on the homepage.

  3. After clicking ‘Apply,’ a new page with a list of courses will emerge.

  4. Choose the program you want to apply for.

  5. A new page will open up after you click “Apply.”

Filling out Application Form

The application form must contain the following details:

  1. Personal Details- In this section, the candidate must fill out their full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth correctly. Candidates must also choose a password at this point and then click the ‘Save & Proceed’ tab for further sections to appear on the screen.

  1. Education Details- This section requires the candidate’s qualification details such as board name, college details, passing year, marks scored, or percentage obtained.

  1. Address Details- Candidates must fill out their address details with correct spellings and a pin code for the examination’s communication purposes.

  1. Exam Center- In this section, applicants must fill out the exam centre details, such as the city in which they desire to take the exam.

  1. Declaration- Next, applicants must declare by checking the box that all of the information they have provided is correct and ‘Save & Proceed’ to the next stage.

Upload Photograph & Signature

Candidates must submit a scanned copy of a high-resolution photograph of themselves as well as a scanned copy of their signature in this section(Photograph Size: 10KB – 100KB, Signature Size: 5KB – 20KB).

Select Courses & Universities

This is an important step because you will be unable to modify your subject or university once you have submitted your CUET 2022 application. Candidates must decide which subject or university they want to attend. After selecting the course and university, the candidate must click the ‘Save & Proceed’ button for further instructions.

Edit Changes

Following that, the candidate can view a preview of the application form that they submitted. They can modify the information by clicking on ‘Edit Application’ and making the necessary adjustments if they like. If the application is complete and the candidate is ready to pay, they should click the ‘Submit and Make Payment’ option.

Make Payment for CUET 2022

Candidates can pay their CUET application fee using any of the standard online payment methods (net banking/ credit card/ debit card). An SBI challan, which is obtained through the online application form, can also be used to make payments offline. The applicant’s fee status (paid/unpaid) will be plainly apparent on the form.
